Terms and Conditions

Confidentiality | At LGIO we know that that the conversations we have with our clients are incredibly personal, we also know that we need honesty to recognise & improve ourselves. With that in mind, we want to ensure our clients that their privacy is a priority. 

 We will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit, or disclose this information to a third party.  

We will not voluntarily disclose that we are in a coaching relationship without your permission.

Unless required by law, or for the prevention of fraud, all information will be protected. 

Cancellation | If for whatever reason you feel this is not right for you, you can cancel within 24 hours of purshasing any of our packages for a full. Furthermore, if after the initial call you decide its not for you now, you can cancel the package for a full refund excluding the cost of the initial call. 

Missed Sessions | Life is busy, & we will try to accommodate you, please know respect is needed from both parties. 

Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation/change to our agreed time.  

If either of us needs to cancel a session, we can make the time up.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice can be re-arranged & will be deducted from your selected time package.

Payment Procedure | We ask for payment in advance when booking a package with us, this should be in one payment at the start, securing the discounted rate. If for whatever reason you are unable to pay on booking screen, you are welcome to contact us, to pay in other ways.

Insurances |  We want everyone to feel safe & secure, meaning we have you covered too. Our insurer is Chiswell Insurance covering  Public and Products Liability - Policy number: CHBS4358620XB.

Session Times | Coaching is scheduled at our mutually.  

The day and time for the next session will be arranged at the end of each coaching session, or we can set dates a month, or more, in advance.  If booking a package you must complete all packages within 3 months.  

Meeting Procedure | All consultations or first time initial calls, are either done by WhatsApp video or by phone call - they normally last around 30 mins & agreed by email/message prior.

Face to face sessions - These will be agreed by both parties before happening, locations will differ, depending on what you feel comfortable with. 

Practice dates - All practice dates will be mutually agreed, including location & activity. There will be a male coach on hand for practice dates when required. 

Dates are normally around 1.5 hours .

From start to finish of your time with us, you are free to contact & let us know the good, bad & ugly of what you are experiencing. We can arrange a brief  call if needed which you can request by e-mail.  

We will also contact you if there are any new skills/info we feel will benefit you.

We want to be there for you during your whole dating journey.
