Once we've had our complimentary call and identified the suitable package for you, we will provide a quote based on your chosen time package. Upon receiving payment, we will commence work on creating a personalized program to guide our sessions. 

We will promptly send this to you and coordinate our first face-to-face session.  Our face-to-face sessions can take place in quiet coffee houses, at your home, outdoors, or at your preferred location, as agreed upon during the booking process. In cases where in-person meetings are not feasible, we will arrange video calls at your scheduled time.

Of course, we can do that, if you feel your package time isn’t enough, you can pay for an additional hourly coaching of £50 ph. We are open to any/all suggestions, please ask for what you want.
